C.D. OWENS, JR., ESQ.: Mr. Owens is the Senior Partner of Owens & Perkins, P.C. Mr. Owens graduated from the University of Oklahoma School of Law in 1949, summa cum laude, where he was a founding member of the Law Review and the Law Review Editor. He passed the bar and was admitted to practice in the State of Oklahoma in 1950, and then accepted employment as a labor attorney with the Sinclair Oil and Gas Company in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He moved to Connecticut in 1959 to be in management for the Sinclair Oil Corporation, working in its New York City office until 1966. In 1966, he relocated his family to Arizona and opened a law office in Scottsdale, where he has been practicing ever since. Mr. Owens is admitted to practice in Arizona and Oklahoma and before the U.S. District Court for the Districts of Arizona and Oklahoma. Mr. Owens and his granddaughter, Michelle J. Perkins, co-founded Owens & Perkins, P.C. in 1996.

MICHELLE J. PERKINS, ESQ.: Ms. Perkins is the Managing Partner of the general practice law firm of Owens & Perkins, P.C. Ms. Perkins was named in Southwest Super Lawyers, 2007; February, 2007 Business Journal "Legal Eagle;" and Ms. Perkins received a Peer Review Rating from Martindale-Hubbell evidencing her superior ethical standards and legal ability.

Ms. Perkins was admitted to the practice of law in Arizona in 1994 and was a sole practitioner in Scottsdale for two years. In 1996, she co-founded Owens & Perkins, P.C. with her grandfather, C.D. Owens. Ten years later, in 2006, Ms. Perkins co-founded Unlimited Resolutions Mediation, Inc., also located in Scottsdale.

Ms. Perkins is a Judge Pro Tem for the Maricopa County Superior Court, former Chair of a Maricopa County Bar Association Section, former member of the Superior Court Domestic Relations/Mental Health Committee, former Board Member of the Scottsdale Bar Association, former Arbitrator for the State Bar Fee Arbitration Committee and former Board Member of the Homeless Legal Assistance Project. Ms. Perkins has also taught continuing legal education seminars to fellow Attorneys.

JOHN P. TATZ, ESQ.: Mr. Tatz graduated from the University of Iowa School of Law with distinction in 1991 and earned an MBA at the University of Phoenix in 1998. He was admitted to practice law in Iowa in 1992 and in Arizona in 1993. He was admitted before the U.S. District Court District of Arizona in 1998.

In 1995, Mr. Tatz accepted a position with the Navajo County Public Defender's Office in Holbrook, Arizona, and then accepted a position as an Assistant City Prosecutor for the City of Flagstaff, Arizona in September of 1995.

Mr. Tatz served as the first Domestic Violence Prosecutor for the City of Scottsdale in November, 1996. He then accepted a position as the City Prosecutor for the City of Peoria, Arizona in November of 1999. Since leaving in 2001 to begin private practice, Mr. Tatz has concentrated exclusively on DUI and criminal defense.

James B. Galbraith, Esq.: Mr. Galbraith graduated from J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University in 2003, where he was an Associate Editor of the BYU Education and Law Journal. He received his B.A. in three years on a full ride academic scholarship and his J.D. on a three-year academic scholarship. He was admitted to the State Bar of Arizona in 2004, and has since concentrated on civil and commercial litigation, including personal injury, contracts, real estate and class action suits. Mr. Galbraith is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court of Arizona and is a member of the American Bar Association, the Arizona Institute for Justice, and the American Institute for Justice. Having lived in Spain for two years, Mr. Galbraith is fluent in both English and Spanish and has represented many Spanish-only clients.

Luke Reynoso, Esq., LL.M. in Taxation: Mr. Reynoso was admitted to both the Arizona Bar and the United States Tax Court in 2007. Mr. Reynoso obtained his bachelor's degree in Accountancy from Arizona State University and his law degree from the Thurgood Marshall School of Law. In addition to obtaining his law degree, Mr. Reynoso earned his Master of Laws in Taxation (LL.M. in Taxation) from the University of San Diego.

Mr. Reynoso focuses his practice exclusively on estate planning and probate, including, but not limited to, the drafting of Wills and Trusts, Medical and Financial Powers of Attorney, Living Wills, Trust Administration, and minimizing the tax consequences associated with a probate or estate plan.
